Nicest used dealer ever

2015 Explorer Sport, fantastic truck, Sam went the extra mile to get the financing at the rate I wanted. Smooth transaction, very nice selection. I was open to any suv, under 100k, able to tow 5k lbs, and Sam had the perfect one. Thx for a great transaction and a very fair deal.

2014 jeep

Great guys!! had a leak on my jeep fixed it no problem! Stood behind it 100 percent! Im a manager of a transmission shop in hartford so i know my way around a car ! They were very easy to deal with! I would buy another car from them no problem!

Best dealership experience EVER

After seeing what I deemed to be my perfect car on Car Guru I called Manchester Autocar the first question to Sam was do you deliver? As soon as I heard “yes” I knew I was on the right track, Sam worked overtime to find the right financier and in walking me through the e signing of documents. Delivering my car was a 4 hour ordeal for 2 more of this great families members, we signed all documents, shared pictures of children and grandchildren they transferred my plates and drove away in my old car on their 2 hour return trip. 2015 BMW 428i XDrive

My old cars transmission went on me for the second time and I knew it was time to get a new car. I looked night and day until I found that MCC Auto had this beautiful 2015 bmw 428i xdrive. I pulled into the lot and felt no pressure at all. I instantly fell in love with the car after my first test drive. Sam made sure the process went as smoothly as it should have and even when we hit one roadblock in the process he still made sure I knew everything would be ok. One day I was there for a few hours waiting for a phone call and he even offered me some food. Now if that doesn’t show you what type of person this man is I don’t know what to tell you. Thanks again for everything Sam I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me in this car buying process !

I purchased a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe for my daughter and Sam was so nice I got off work at 5 o’clock and they close at 5 o’clock he waited around for me to get there (I’m coming from New Haven a 45 minutes ride )he let us test drive it look under the hood we check it out real well with no pressure. It have one torn windshield wiper he replaced all three of them and water in the tail light he replace the whole unit this is a genuine nice guy So of course we gave him our business and brought the car.

Friendly Dealership

I was looking for a first car for my son. Found one at this dealership that looked good, but I admit I was hesitant to go to a smaller used car dealership. I researched it and found good reviews out there, so I gave it a shot. The reviews were accurate: Sam was a very pleasant person to work with. There were no pressure tactics and he went above and beyond in making sure the car was in top shape for my young son before I purchased. Would definitely recommend the dealership.

Hidden Gem

After a last minute location transfer from work I was in desperate straits for a car being a lifetime pedestrian. When I called MCC Auto I was prepared to lean into anything to drive off the lot. When speaking with Nez and Sam they slowed me down to make sure I made informed decisions with complete transparency and made sure was in a good position with each step in the process. They explained their figures, all of my options in case my pick didn't work out, and bent over backwards for me with a loan that fit my already bruised budget. When my work week picked up and I couldn't make it over to push proceedings on what is now my new Jetta, they were patient made sure everything was maintained with the bank branch. They do certain repairs and basic maintenance in-house and they were incredibly accommodating with insurance scoring me a solid quote from a rep they work with and it's a steal for a new driver such as myself. This small family business is hope for car dealings and a hidden gem for this area even if I'm speaking alone. After walking away from two other shifty dealers, I can safely say I hit the trifecta of a good dealer, loan, and vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Avalon xls from Sam at mcc auto.I found him to be very low pressure and honest.He was very easy to work with & made the experience a pleasant one.I believe he wants people to be happy with their purchase.I would purchase another great used car from him in a heartbeat & will recommend his dealership to everyone I know.I love, love ,love my new car & I appreciate doing business with such a reputable dealer.THANKS SAM!!

Great experience!

Shopping with my mom for her next new-to-her used car, we were not having luck at the BIG-NAME National used car lots, we made our way to the plethora of dealerships on the Vernon/Tolland line of Route 83, and my mom saw one she liked! This smaller shop had a much more diverse inventory than what we’d seen anywhere else. It was Sunday, off-hours, and we called the number on the door expecting just to leave a message that we’d like to schedule a viewing of the car that she was interested in. But Sam answered (remotely), and he was even willing to arrange for someone to show us the car that day, but we were fine coming in the next day, Monday. Sam is genuine. He’s an accommodating, knowledgeable, no-pressure salesman. We took it out for a test-drive, and my mom bought the car. Then, within a few weeks, something minor/cosmetic happened with the it. Normally, such a thing would not be covered under warranty, but Sam fixed it. He stands behind the cars he sells, and we happily recommend MCC Auto.

Bought a really nice SUV that is in great shape for a reasonable price. Sam and Ez were very helpful ,accommodating, and easy to work with. One highlight of this transaction was that I didn't have to go to DMV. They did it all. I highly recommend anyone to shop here for a quality used car.
